The Internet pages at www.aquilliance.de, www.pardot-berater.de, www.anaplan-berater.de, www.connectedplanning.de and www.salesforce-berater.de (the “Website”) are an offer of aquilliance GmbH, Bella-Spanier-Weg 6, 20097 Hamburg (“we”, “us”). We take the protection of your personal data (‘personal data’ within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act) very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of data protection laws. Data collected by us will never be sold and will only be passed on to third parties with your consent. 1. Log data

Each time a page of our website is accessed, the following browser information of the visitor is automatically stored in the log files of our web server: Browser type, browser version, operating system used, date and time of the page view, access time, address of the Internet pages visited, name of the files accessed and data volume, IP address and previously visited third-party websites. This data is collected for the statistical evaluation of visitor usage behavior, for the future optimization of our online offering and for data protection control, data security and to ensure the proper operation of our data processing systems. This data is deleted after the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.

2. Cookies

2.3 Google Adsense

We also use Google AdSense on our website, a service for integrating advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies and so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may be passed on by Google to Google’s contractual partners. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored by you. 2.4 Google Tag Manager

We use the service called Google Tag Manager from Google. “Google” is a group of companies and consists of the companies Google Ireland Ltd (provider of the service), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA as well as other affiliated companies of Google LLC. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and processes personal data itself only for technically necessary purposes. The Google Tag Manager ensures that other components are loaded, which in turn may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data. Please note that American authorities, such as intelligence agencies, could possibly gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google when this service is integrated on the basis of the Internet Protocol (TCP) due to American laws such as the Cloud Act.

2.5 Pardot Marketing Automation System

We use the Pardot Marketing Automation System (“Pardot MAS”) from Pardot LLC, 950 E. Paces Ferry Rd. Suite 3300 Atlanta, GA 30326, USA (“Pardot”) on our websites. Pardot is a special software for recording and analyzing the use of a website by website visitors. Insofar as Pardot LLC processes personal data, the processing is carried out exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We have concluded an individual agreement with Pardot LLC to ensure that Pardot LLC complies with the EU Data Protection Directive. When you visit our website, Pardot MAS records your click path and uses this to create an individual user profile using a pseudonym. 3. Contact form Google Calendar

3.1 Contact form

We provide a web form on our website which you can use to request a free quote for our services. If you use this form, the data you enter will be transmitted to us and stored. This data includes: The user’s e-mail address, first and last name, title and the name of the company, the position in the company and the desired date of contact. The following data is also stored at the time the message is sent: Date and time. The transmission of personal data via the web form is exclusively encrypted. We do not pass on any data to third parties in this context and use it exclusively within the scope of the stated purpose: preparation and dispatch of an offer. The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is the implementation of pre-contractual measures or a contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 4. Order of our newsletter

In particular, you can register on our website for our newsletter, through which you can receive information about our recruiting services. When you register for our newsletter, we ask you for your e-mail address. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to confirm your newsletter subscription via an electronic link. Only when this confirmation has been given will your address be added to our mailing list and you will automatically receive the upcoming newsletter (so-called double opt-in procedure).
