A short journey through time with aquilliance

Our journey to data-driven growth doesn’t just begin with the creation of aquilliance, but in the mind of our founder, Reza Ghalamkarizadeh. Reza asked himself, after years of experience in corporate and start up, ‘How can I combine the positives from both worlds and create an environment where I feel comfortable and enjoy working?’ No sooner said than done – the founding spirit was brought to life.

Marketing & Sales can also be done differently
Aquisition + Brilliance = aquilliance. This is how Reza Ghalamkarizadeh came up with the name aquilliance GmbH when he founded the company in 2011. To be brilliant and not to be satisfied with mediocrity – that is what we demand of ourselves to this day. One of our central principles was also deeply anchored in his thinking even back then: marketing and sales success have nothing to do with gut feeling or chance – they are the result of structured hard work.

Business Environments
When Reza Ghalamkarizadeh heard about Salesforce, he was immediately excited. It was clear that we at aquilliance needed this CRM system to enable our customers to work efficiently in the future. The platform's solutions convinced us right from the start, so we became a Salesforce partner in 2014, one year after our first project.

Let the marketing robot work
Our first project with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) showed us how many possibilities marketing automation offers to gain time for the essentials in everyday life. Even then, we were so convinced by the automation solutions that we can no longer imagine aquilliance without Pardot.
2015
Data-driven as in space travel
CRM without high-quality data? Unimaginable! Thus, expanding our interface expertise led us to the Talend data management platform. As a link between Salesforce and other CRM or ERP systems, the system ensures smooth data integration – and thus our success in the data-driven age.
2017
Innovative by conviction
In 2020, the Corona pandemic made the world even more aware of how important digital processes are to our everyday work. As aquilliance, we have placed particular emphasis on remaining innovative and expanding our expertise during this time. We have not only optimized digital billing processes thanks to our first CPQ project, but also developed user-centric digital experiences in which chatbots, for example, support users with their questions and problems. Internally, too, we focus on openness and further development. Thus, English became the corporate language this year.
2020
Growing together
We want to grow beyond ourselves as a company and as people – even in challenging times. That's why, since 2022, we have been offering digital coaching with our partner onesome that focuses on personal development and feedback culture, among other things. We are convinced: hybrid work and very good teamwork can go hand in hand if the right structures are created and joint reflection is encouraged.

On to new shores
We love further development! In 2023, not only was aquilliance digital marketing GmbH spun off and another managing director brought on board in the form of Oliver Fedtke. We have also greatly expanded our portfolio in the area of digital marketing. Whether it's marketing as a service, optimizing your LinkedIn presence, or a makeover of your email templates, we have the expertise and drive to take digital marketing to the next level. And we have also anchored our data-driven mindset even more firmly in our mindset: Thus, at the same time, data expert Finn Rakow became Managing Director of aquilliance GmbH. What an exciting and innovative year!
