1. Log data
Each time a page of our website is accessed, the following visitor browser information is automatically stored in the log files of our web server: Browser type, browser version, operating system used, date and time of the page request, access time, address of the visited web pages, name of the retrieved files and data volume, IP address and previously visited third-party websites. This data is collected for statistical evaluation of visitor usage behavior, for future optimization of our online offering, and for data protection control, data security, and to ensure proper operation of our data processing systems. This data is deleted after the purpose of its collection has been fulfilled.

2.3 Google Adsense
We also use Google AdSense on our website, a service for embedding advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies and so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may be shared by Google with their contractors. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored by you.

2.4 Google Tag Manager
We use the service called Google Tag Manager from Google. “Google” is a group of companies and consists of Google Ireland Ltd (provider of the Service), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and other affiliates of Google LLC.
We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google. Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and processes personal data itself only for technically necessary purposes. Google Tag Manager takes care of loading other components, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Please note that due to American laws such as the Cloud Act, American authorities, such as secret service, could potentially gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google due to the Internet Protocol (TCP) when this service is integrated.
2.5 Pardot Marketing Automation System
We use the Pardot Marketing Automation System (“Pardot MAS”) provided by Pardot LLC, 950 E. Paces Ferry Rd. Suite 3300 Atlanta, GA 30326, USA (“Pardot”) on our websites. Pardot is a special software for recording and evaluating the use of a website by website visitors. Insofar as Pardot LLC processes personal data, the processing is carried out exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We have ensured Pardot LLC’s compliance with the EU Data Protection Directive via an individual agreement with Pardot LLC.

You can contact us directly or request up-to-date information from us using the contact form provided on our website. We collect, process and use the information you provide via a contact form exclusively for processing your request.
4. Order of our newsletter
In particular, you can register on our website for our newsletter, through which you can receive information about our recruiting services in particular. When you register for our newsletter, we ask you for your e-mail address. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an e-mail notification from us asking you to confirm your newsletter subscription via an electronic link.
